Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Program Leadership to gather updates and staffing insights across a large enterprise program Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to communicate key program metrics and analytics Prepare and maintain PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and executive updates Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets to track progress, financials, and resource data Automate existing processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps Assist in the development and documentation of new reporting or workflow processes Update and support content in Broadcom Clarity PPM (minimal usage) Work cross-functionally with teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts)
5-7 years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
3-5 years of experience with Power BI, including use of DAX
3-5 years of experience with Power Automate
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerQuery, SharePoint) – Must be clearly shown on resume with project examples
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Broadcom Clarity PPM or similar project portfolio management (PPM) tools
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for task and documentation management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
